“Home sweet home”. Home is supposed to be a place where one can live freely with no complications and restrictions. In some countries owning a home rather than renting one is very important. However it may vary from place to place, people to people. A home is a place where u can take shelter and where u can live safely and their families remain protected. They can do their different private task within those boundaries. These things can also be achieved in the rented homes also. So why do people look for their own home? The first and the most important cause is, Humans tend to own things. They always wanted to call their belongings their own and feel proud about that. From history itself, humans are creating their own place to live and have shelter for their families. The second is financial fabrications. In recent times it might look easier to live in a rented home because the cost to buy a home is of huge amount. But in these times, we can easily buy a home through EMI by taking a home loan and paying a minimal amount. Looking as an investment, over the years which price we were going to give in rent can be given as EMIs and After the tenure, the house would be us. The third is landlord interference, we can live freely and do things freely as long as we are not doing any illegal activities or disturbing the societies. There would be no interference in your activities and no sharing of quarrel over the amenities. You can plant trees, buy cars, play music and in the end we would have a backup for our future generation. No one can kick out you of your house. I remember one incident where we were in a rented apartment and the landlord is always interfering with the basic amenities like water, electricity. Don’t do this, don’t do that, etc. and even in one case, they kicked out without giving prior notice. And after that finding, a place to rent is a tough job. So owning a home is always a better option. As one grows older, they get married and starting to have a family. At that time one family really needed a place that he can call his own. And after his or her son grows up they can also live there and have family and further plan every other thing with that particular and permanent location to stay. Moreover, in these times the money value of homes are increasing because of less availability of land and houses. Owning one can be a very good future prospect in case we require a huge amount of money. So nonetheless, owning a home will reduce a lot of other stresses and a proud feeling will prevail and happy ones.
