Noticeably, there was a similar pattern in both sodium and saturated fat in dinner, which was the highest amount accounted for 43% and 37%, respectively. Moreover, sodium followed by over a quarter of people consumed and 25% of saturated fat in lunch. The share of saturated fat in snacks ranked third with constituted 21%. Furthermore, there was a small portion in breakfast, which made up 16%. However, the amount of sodium was the same between snacks and breakfast at 14%.
