The table compares the quantity of cocoa beans that were produced in six regions including North and Central America, Caribbean, South America, Africa, Asia and Oceania during the period from 1992 to 1998. Overall, Africa was the largest producer in this field and this had a big gap with other regions. Much more several tons of cocoa beans were produced over that time. Turing to the detail, as is observed, in 1992, they measured 1, 761, 000 tons of cocoa beans that were made in Africa and this region become the biggest production. Then, three regions such as North and Central America, Caribbean and Oceania had the amount of cocoa bean productions less than 50, 000 tons, are 50, 000 tons, 49, 000 tons and 41, 000 tons respectively. In the next two year, in 1994, there were nil number for four regions except North and Central America also Oceania that decreased slightly by about 10, 000 tons for each region. Looking at the period from 1996 to 1998, almost the quantity of cocoa productions of were reduced insignificantly in some regions like North and Central America, Caribbean and Oceania. Besides, Caribbean and Asia region increased slightly the amount of cocoa productions such as from 157, 000 to 164, 000 in Caribbean. Although, the figure of Africa was decreased from 1, 971, 000 to 1, 843, 000, this regions was still the biggest producer in this time.
