The pie charts below illustrate the comparison of British student capability at one university who had been able to speak various language besides English between 2000 and 2010 in percentages. Among the ten years comparison, Spanish had been the fascinating language for British students, which the proportion 30% in 2000 and surged 5% to 35% in 2010. Not only Spanish, but also another language and two other languages which started at 15% and 10% respectively in 2000 rose 5% to become 20% and 15% each item. On the other hand, the data showed in 2000, people who did not have other language capability was 20% compared to the measurement after ten years. In 2010, the proportion plummeted to 10%. Furthermore, interest in France language dramatically deteriorated, wherein 2010 (10%), even though ten years ago the percentage about 20%. In the meantime, the German language had a 10% stake for ten years. Overall, British students who learned languages have different trends depending on the subject. The data compare between 2000 and 2010, Spanish, another language, and two other languages increased in proportion. In contrast, who learned France and did not interested in learning languages decreased. Meanwhile, German was plateaued.
