It was told that the newspaper is offering an award for the most useful person in our community and I know one person, who shoud get this award. His name is John Smith and he is my neighbor. I think he did a good work last year. As you already know, our local community has a special web-site where all the people can describe all the issues they have and our goverment will help them to solve this problems. It is a unique application for our city and we are the only area that has it. John Smith is a creater of this web-service.
