The chart below illustrating the amount of money German, Italian, French and British people spent on six different consumer goods. The most noticeable data is that Britain is the country that spends the most amount of money in every category while Germany spends the least amount in almost all categories. Photographich films are the most popular items in both Britain and France. It can be seen from the charts that British people spent almost 180 thousand pounds while French spent more than 160 thousand. However, their least favorite goods are different. British people spent the least amount of money in personal stereos while French on tennis racquets. German people’s spending habits are a bit different than the others. While it seems like they have been spending similar amounts in every category their favorite was tennis racquettes. In addition, they decided not to invest in CDs as they did for other items. Toys, on the other hand, were popular among Italian people, with almost 160 thousand pounds spent on them, same as French. Similar to German, they also decided not to spend so much on CD’s.
