A. REGULATIONS FOR VEHICLE OWNER (11 provisions) 1. Officials, lecturers, staff, students, high school students and guests (referred to as vehicle owners) must bring their vehicles to the parking lot; park in the right place according to the instructions of the parking officer, do not carry anyone in the back seat in or out of the parking lot. 2. Get the parking ticket from the parking officer. 3. Vehicle owners do not arbitrarily move or take their vehicles out of the parking lot without the consent of the parking officer. 4. When the parking ticket is lost, it must be immediately reported to the parking officer at the parking lot for timely handling. In this case, the vehicle will only be taken out of the parking lot after 9: 00 p. m; and the vehicle owner has presented all legal and valid papers of the vehicle and the owner. 5. Parking time: from 6 a. m to 9 p. m. After 9 p. m, parking the vehicles in the basement of Building A. 6. No smoking in the entire University campus and parking lot. 7. Do not talk on the phone, do not gather to talk in the parking lot. 8. When taking the vehicle out of the parking lot, it must be orderly, without obstructing or disturbing the parking officer and other vehicle owners. 9. Behave properly, reasonably and politely inside and outside the parking lot. 10. Inflammable, explosive and addictive substances are prohibited in the parking lot. 11. The discharge of any kind of waste or garbage into the dustbin is also prohibited. To vehicle owners violating provisions from 01 to 04: the University will not be responsible for theft or damage to the vehicles. B. REGULATIONS FOR PARKING OFFICERS (7 clauses). 1. The parking officer must be present at least 15 minutes earlier than working hours to make the necessary preparations. 2. Self-discipline in the division of positions of vehicles to ensure the safety of vehicles; stay alert, monitor and detect any unusual behaviors during the shift. 3. Actively arrange vehicles in accordance with internal regulations, ensuring safety factors; instruct the sender to park the vehicle in accordance with regulations. Collect parking fees according to regulations. 4. Do not accept to keep the sender's helmet and personal belongings. 5. Behave properly, courteously and politely with all vehicle owners. 6.
