Truly, it is by no means an overstatement to say that books are the emotional crutch to rely on. Noticing the facts on reading habits as well as wanting to spread considerable benefits of books, we’d like to introduce to everyone our reading culture project so as to encourage people to read. In addition, our aim is to recommend the best novels that are meaningful and worth-reading to those who are keen on literature. Moreover, we also want to bring an opportunity to vulnerable children to have extensive contact with literature and experience the colourful world of books. Participants Everyone who has a fondness for reading and wants to spread your love with books to young people as well as wants to help vulnerable children. Project activities 3. 1. Review books Our series of review posts will be weekly uploaded throughout the project, which will help you in the first step of looking for suitable novels to truly feel the actual artistic merit of books. 3. 2. Minigame This minigame consists of 3 rounds, with the purpose to stimulate participants’ curiosity and delight towards literature. Each round has a different set of games, which would challenge players’ acquaintance in this field. Simultaneously, there’s a chance to discover brand new things about books and definitely will not disappoint you. 3. 3. Talkshow Our talk show about books will bring you a complete understanding of the reality of people not reading books and solutions to common problems with reading. In addition, the speakers are those who have popular works and certain achievements. Let’s just wait for us! 3. 4. “Read books, exchange books” activity The “Read books, exchange books” activity is for volunteer purposes, we want to assist children who do not have conditions to read books. A book trade charity will be brought to those children so that they can partly learn from the donated books. With each novel read, you have already contributed one book to our book trade charity. Keep following our project to get more details about the rules. There is definitely no reason not to join in our meaningful and bucketful of love project.
