Do you like to be in a hurry? I don't particularly like to be in a hurry, I like to plan things ahead and when I'm in a hurry I tend to forget to do certain things that are important or to forget certain things that are important for my day. so, I don't like being in a hurry. Do you like to finish things quickly? yeah, I do. Do you usually go out in hurry? not necessarily, it depends on the time. Am not usually in hurry but if the circumstances make that I'm late I'm going to rush out. When was the last time you did something in a hurry? The last time I did something in a hurry say two days ago I was late for a doctor’s appointment and I packed everything up so quickly I forgot my insurance card. What kind of things would you never do in a hurry? Ahh…work or get ready depending on where I'm going and how much time is going to that take me to get to that place. why do people make mistakes more easily when they're in a hurry? They don't…. people make more mistakes when they are in a hurry because they don't have time to observe and see what is missing or they don't have time to think of other enabling factors, so they do things quickly to get them done. I was maybe that 10th person. Service was very slow due to the big number of people that were in the bank. Amm. . I waited in the line for about an hour before I could get some service. At first, the first 30 minutes of waiting was not so bad because I was not very far from the service but umm. . there was a person like to close like the 3rd or the 4th person to to be to get service, who had a lot of questions and who didn't know exactly the type of service they needed so the term service they needed so well me and the rest had to wait in the queue for along time. Uhh. . this happened about two months ago. Ah Yeah Alright thank you so much. OK what can we do when we are waiting in line? There are a number of things that can be done when waiting in a line; there is listening to music, ahh checking out the latest news, checking the emails, answering messages that burn answered depending on how long is been on the line. How can we manage our time better? excuse me can you repeat that? How can we manage our time better? Ahh yeah starting to get prepared at least 30 minutes before so that we have enough time to see what we need to go out or waking up early so that to get things done in the day. More things done in the day. What do you think of those who cut in line or jump the queue? Umm. I think that it is disrespectful to the people who wait in the line for a long time for a certain, certain amount of time they have been waiting. Ahhh I think it's very entitled with people to just pass by when there's still people waiting. How can companies improve their customer service? Ummm by. . ahh I think companies can improve their customer service by employing more people for the customers or just giving information maybe at the entrance of the building so as for the customers to know where exactly they're going to get a different type of service. Do you think the development of technology has reduced the time people spend waiting? Umm yes. I think the development of technology has reduced the time people spend waiting for example like for banking services. Services can be done directly online without the need to physically go to the bank so is numerous government services that have moved online and make it easier for people to access them without having to physically wait in lines.
