I want to tell you about one of the school days during my stay in a classroom in the United Kingdom. It was a couple of years ago when we went on a study trip to study English and UK culture. Together with me were several of my classmates and our English teacher Victoria Yunitskaya, who planned this trip.
On the first day of our stay, we went to an English school located in the center of London, overcoming the morning rush hour on the London subway, We began our acquaintance with our London teacher, who was a British-Indian citizen.
Together with him we studied not only the language but also the cultural aspects of the UK. After a few hours of lessons, we went to see famous places in London, such as the British Museum, the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square, the Wax Museum, Westminster Abbey and of course Buckingham Palace.
Most of all I remember the British Museum and Westminster Abbey. The British Museum impressed me with a large number of interesting exhibits and artifacts And Westminster Abbey with its unique architectural style.
I think the most important thing about that trip was that in addition to learning a language with a native speaker, we immersed ourselves in the environment of this language, thanks to which, it seems to me, language learning will be more effective and accelerated
