Dear Ms. Pearson, Thank you for being this to my notice. The reason for the loud noise is because of the renovation work being undertaken on our second floor. As the rainy season is about to onset in 1 month, we thought of working extra hours plus weekends to get it completed as soon as possible. We have completed half of the construction work. Rest would take around 20 days more to be completed. I sincerely apologise to disturb your peace and would certain keep in mind that we curtail the noise as much as possible. As necessary action, we will curtail the working hours of the labours and get more labours to work only during the day time. For wood-cutting, we will only allow during morning and evening hours.
