Dear Mrs. Janes, I am writing in response to your complaint letter concerning my house's noise recently. I sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and humbly request for your forgiveness. Honestly, I have recently studied a piano course under the institution of a tutor. As you know, my full-time job makes me quite busy in the office hours, consequently the only free time when I am able to dedicate to my class is evenings. This made you annoyed, and I am really sorry about my regular noise. As a solution, I have decided that I will continue my course at the center instead of my house as before. This way could help me to be able to continue the practice and especially not disrupt you. I totally understand your position and hope you could kindly accept my honest apology.
