Dear Thomas, I want to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you that noise is coming from my flat. I will get to acknowledge this when you wrote me about this in the letter. I feel disheartened that you cause a problem due to my tenants. I was shifted to my hometown from the last 2 months. So for financial earning, I have given my flat to some college students. They were making noise by playing loud music till late at night. I was not aware that they were disturbing the neighborhood. When I get to know about this thing then immediately I called them and scolded them for their behavior. In addition, I also gave them a warning either to stop this behavior or find some other place to live in. Because to establish a good relationship with neighbors is good ethics and moral values.
