Dear Jake, Hope you are doing well! I am writing in regards to your letter I received yesterday. First of all, I would like to apologize for the disturbance caused because of the loud noise. I totally understand that constant noise can be really annoying. I recently realized that there was a broken pipe in my kitchen sink due to which I was not able to get the clean drinking water. Now, I have to replace the whole structure to get it fixed which required welding and some electrical work. The plumber has been trying his best to fix it all from past few days and I suppose it will take another day or two. However, I can ask the person to work during your working hours when you are not at home to avoid the situation.
