Dear Professor, I am writing in regards to the part-time social media marketing course I am currently pursuing along with my full-time job as a marketing associate. Even though I really enjoy the subject, I will not be able to continue the program due to my hectic work schedule. I have been working really hard from past year to be able to gain a particular position at work which is finally happening. However, it will affect my school schedule as it requires me to work for longer hours than usual. Considering the fact that this profile is really important for my career and I would like to take a break from studies and continue after few months when I am well settled in the role.
