Dear sir, I am writing this letter to request permission to take some leave during the coming one month. I am doing job in your company as software from six year. Now I have need some holiday because I have some health issue. I have problem in keen and doctor suggest me for surgery so during this period its impossible for me come at office. Doctor recommended me at least one year rest. I discuss this problem with my employer he is work same company with me he ready to take all my work responsibilities. during this holiday I tried to do work at home. I will touch with employer.
