Dear Mr. John, Thank you for bringing it to my attention that you have been disturbed with the ongoing repair work at my home. As you might have understood by now that there are some repair works going on to rectify the sewage and seepage leaks, and needed some drilling to be done, which were causing some exploding noises and I completely understand that you have been irritated by them and please accept my sincere apologies. Having said that this might continue for couple of more day, I know this sounds bad but this is the need of the hour for me to get that sorted as there is lot of unpleasant smell and might worsen later on. I would kindly request you to understand the current situation we are in and would get this sorted as soon as possible.
