Dear Sir, I am writing this letter in response to your reference stating that an increase in my car insurance premium from next month onwards. It had been only two years that I was taking your service and the premium charged was affordable. However, a sudden rise in value in the middle of the month is not acceptable. You have to take consent as well as should intimate with proper prior notice while raising the charges. Due to pandemic, every industry suffers losses, and meanwhile expecting an increment in salary is unethical. So, I think raising 30% charges in your charges is unethical and not worth for a normal employee. I would like to request you that continuing to charge the same amount as earlier and accordingly send us notice to increase in premium value next year so that we will plan our finance accordingly. Looking for your active co-operation. Yours faithfully, Tara Sharma
