Dear Amaiya I am writing this letter to inform you about the change in my plans of visiting England in the month of June. Unfortunately I will not be able to come to England as planned earlier. Let me explain my situation to you. My elder brother has finally agreed to marry pragya, his long time girlfriend. The marriage is going to be held on 5 th of June, the same day I had planned to fly to England. As my presence in the marriage is required, I will have to drop my own plans to attend the wedding. I’m really very sorry to ruin the plans. I am aware that you were as excited as I was to execute our plans. My apologies that we couldn’t go to see the London fair that takes place only during this time of the year. I have a winter break from 20 th December to 31 st December which we can utilize and plan for my visit to England. I am reserving that period only for us.
