Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to you in regard to the issue with heating and cooling system in the hotel, as it is not working properly due to which I am facing a lot of inconvenience in this unpredictable weather condition. In the night, I feel very cold, whenever I start heating system, I does not work to make the room warmer, while I tried all the settings, however it is same as it was before. In order to help me out in this situation, I had to take one more blanket on me to make me feel comfortable, whereas I also put cap and scarf around my neck but this is all a temporary solution for this issue. I would like you to fix this issue particularly as soon as possible because I have paid full amount for the room and this make entitled for all the utilities to be used. Otherwise, it’s not worthy to book my room at your hotel as I am going to live here for a week. I hope you will consider this and get back to me very soon. Yours Sincerely Ryan
