Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to let you know that I am unhappy with my current internet services. While the router is working fine with good condition, unable to connect the internet with my laptop due to the modem not functioning. Let me explain my situation in more detail. I have been working at home for past one month due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. The connection error started a week before when I tried to connect the internet into my new office laptop. Prior to that, everything was fine; my old office system was successfully connected to the wireless internet service. My current laptop, however i have a hectic business schedule I am in need of this services. As such, I have not been able to complete my task and therefore cannot submit my daily report.
