Dear Sir, I am Alex, a senior employee in your company, writing this letter to tell you about the topics which I want to discuss in the meeting that are going to be held tomorrow. I have been working with you since 2010. I have made many contributions in this company. Till now I have trained 500 employees. Also, make continues efforts for achieving the goal of the company. In the meeting, I would like to recommend some changes for the betterment of the company. Right now, the recruitment is done on reference basis which I think is not suitable for the company. We should recruit people according to their skills and experiences. Moreover our company required a Charted Accountant for maintaining proper books of records. I also recommend to increase sales forces for the company so that we could achieve our target sales easily. With the changing work requirements, I also need some training.
