I regret for what has happened when you visited our shop last Monday. Regrettably myself and our senior supervisor was not around due to some official matter. From your letter I came to know that our cashier and sales man had an argument on replacement of an item which you bought. Unfortunately there is no warranty for the particular item. I apologise for the unhappy event happened on that day and my staff also felt sorry about the incident. I will make sure that this will never happen again in the future. We assure that, we will make an arrangement for the replacement of the particular item when you visit our shop next time, feel free to come. We will alert our staff and attend to you.
