Dear Mr Robson, I am writing to you with regard to a recent visit I made to your restaurant along with my parents and how disappointed I was with the quality of the food. I have been a regular patron of your eatery ever since it first opened its doors for customers and have always enjoyed the wonderful delicacies offered. On numerous occasions, I have recommended your restaurant to family and friends as I believe it to be one of the finest in the city. I was therefore, utterly shocked and disappointed with the food that was served to us yesterday while i was dining with my family. The quality was simply not up to the mark. The entree was cold, the main course was undercooked and even the dessert was nothing to write home about. It was a rather embarrassing situation for me since I was the one who insisted we dine at your restaurant. I would urge you to look into this matter and attempt to find out why the quality of food has deteriorated and take corrective measures immediately, otherwise, you might lose one of your most loyal customers.
