Dear Sir or Madam I am writing a complaint letter about your education centre, to be more specific about your teachers. To commence with, I had to pass my all exams, thanks to I was going to go to America for learning there, due to the fact that to get high scores in exam is always difficult for me. Therefore, I decided to commute to your centre for studying. However, there were many problems with teachers. To exemplify, they watched many videoes and others by their mobilephone or laptop. This was really impolite condition, when they were teaching the students, owing to the fact that the students paid the payment in advance. I recommend that you should cut their salary then they may try to teach more considerable.
