Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the services in the emergency ward of the hospital. On 10th March 2021, around midnight we had to rush to the hospital as my daughter had acute pain in the abdomen. Upon reaching the hospital we filled the required paperwork and were asked to wait. The attitude of the staff was unfriendly, and we were not being attended, though there were hardly any patients. Whenever I repeatedly requested to see the doctor, the receptionist impolitely turned me away. It was not before some four hours my daughter was attended by the doctor, though he was very helpful and polite. The emergency department needs to be efficient to handle the plight of people which is evidently not the case in your hospital.
