Dear Stephen, I hope you and your family are all well! I had a great time with you last week. It felt great to catch up with you and know your family and have fun together. Anyway, I'm writing to let you know that I have decided to sell some of my furniture and I thought you might be interested to purchase it. I am trying to sell my furniture because I am moving to Vancouver, Canada as I recently got a job there. I do not want to shift them all the way to the city as moving them internationally is not only expensive but also unnecessary as my accommodation is already fully furnished and has no extra room to put them. These are some of the furniture I am selling. A large dining table, made of mahogany, a coffee table and a few chairs, made of oak wood and a couple of sofa chairs. I feel that you would like the furniture since they are in good condition and the prices are very reasonable. You can come anytime you want, preferably within the next week and inspect the furniture.
