Dear Smith, Hope this letter finds you well. As we are sharing good neighbourhood I am writing this letter to you for a little help from you. We are going on vacation for a week and I want to look after my house in our absence. We are going Maldives for a week to celebrate our 5th anniversary. My wife has been nagging for this trip since a year and this place was on the top my bucket list, therefore, I have planned for it. Consequently, you have to look after my home behind us. First thing is we have asked gardener to come on Tuesday as gardening is not done since a month, so please handle him my home’s keys on that day. In addition, please collect my water bill which is expected to come on this week, I am asking you to do this because if it would be misplaced we will not be able to get details again. Furthermore, we might face network problem on this island so I will give you hotel’s number after reaching there. So please feel free to contact me in case of emergency. Looking forward to hearing from you so that I can plan other arrangements.
