request letter to authorities for additional sports facilities

Dear sir, My name is Harmanjot Kaur resident of Brampton, Ontario. I am working as front-desk employee in food company. No doubt, the sport area is quite wider in my sector, but there are some sport facilities that should be provided in this zone. I am writing this letter to request you to add sports facilities to this region. Presently, many people such as elder people, youngsters as well as children do physical activities there. youngsters play various kinds of games like cricket, volleyball, football as well as children play freeze tag. However, there is no facility for people who are working as after office hours can do any sports. Sir, there is a ground next to school which is under municipal community. Presently, people is using that section as dumping area and throwing waste material over there. This place would be an ideal for indoor stadium. I would like to recommend you that spot should be used for sports section. This would benefit not only for young office goers but also for children, youth. We can do various kinds of exercise.
