I am writing to complain about the terrible service and meal at your restaurant, "Kluberg". I am a regular customer of your restaurant. However, last night it was a big disappointment.
Firstly, I was totally frustrated when I discovered a piece of hair in the bowl of soup. That killed my appetite and spirit. Can you imagine my disappointment when I have to stay hungry? Though I complained about my food to the waitress, she did not mind me and instead told me to complain to the manager.
Furthermore, when I had to look for a manager myself. However, I did not notice that the floor has been freshly mopped. I you’ve suffered a slip on a wet floor. My back hurts after a fall down accident and I have bodily bruising.
