Dear sir, Greetings of the day! I am writing this letter to inform you about my missing luggage from Delhi International Airport on 20th march 2021. I was on family trip for 5 days due to my cousin's marriage in Vancouver, Canada. On 19th march, I took my return flight from Vancouver International Airport to India. On Delhi International Airport when I went to baggage counter to collect my luggage, I found that my one suitcase was missing. Although I have reported my issue with your concerning department, I did not receive any response from your side. I travelled with British Airways on 19th March morning at 10 am that arrives at Delhi International airport on 20th March evening at 6: 00 pm. My flight number was HQ6610 and my ticket number was 89112. My seat number was 4C and my passport number is TP0880120. Actually, I was carrying three suitcases but on Delhi Airport I received only two of them. I am worried about it because it carries some important documents that are most important for me. Let me share my bag details so that it may help you to find out easily. The missing suitcase was of navy blue color and made up of hard plastic material. The suitcase is of compact size same as of laptop. This suitcase is of American Tourister Brand having a logo on the top of it. On the right top corner my full name is wriiten to identify it uniquely. The bag is having a different look due to silver line on its edges. On its grey color handle, it has a black chain tied with it.
