Dear Sir or madam, I am writting this letter to inform you about problems with your bus, which are we facing every day i our area. Firstly all buses never arrived on Time. Everyday every bus is late from its actual time. Secondly, the bus driver of bus mk354, driving to fast and some time he miss the stop. So people need to come back from second stop to back. However these problems are affecting us a lot. Like every day i need to go to my office and i used to go one of your bus. But bus is always late and due to this reason i never in my office on time. My boss already give me last warning. Morever, i would like to give some suggestion about bus services. The most one is if your company put gps tracking system on buses, so you can track time and speed. On the another hand if you can make sure about timing, like if every driver start on time so they can reach on every bus stop on time. . I am looking forwoard to hear from your side soon.
