Dear Sir / Madam, I was one of the passengers who took the flight from London to Amsterdam on the 5th of March. Unfortunately, my luggage did not come out of the airline. I have already explained the same to Mr. Ford at the luggage help desk of your airline yet I have still not heard back from them regarding the same. My luggage is is black in colour with the measurement 35 x 45 x 25. There are 2 stickers on one side and a yellow heart sticker on the other.
