Dear Mr White, I am writing to complain about a terrible situation that I am experiencing now. I have been a tenant of your apartment since last year and I really enjoy the peaceful life here. However, things changed last week. My neighbour Miss Jones bought a set of karaoke equipment, and from then on, she has been singing loudly every night. The sound is so annoying that it is impossible for me to fall asleep. I tried to communicate with Miss Jones twice, but she said she could do everything in her home and since I am not the owner of the apartment, she would not answer my knock anymore. I am thinking calling the police, but before that, it is better if you can talk to her and persuade her to stop singing after 9 o’clock in the evening and keep the noise to a reasonable level.
