Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with my recent stay at Hotel heals on 20th Feb this month. Due, to heating system was not adequet my stay at your hotel was not pleasent.
I checked in on 19th Feb as I had a meeting. I had specially booked room with additional heating facility as I was aware about the weather in London. When, I checked in to my room I found out that room temperature is fluctuating. Thus, I have called room service and asked to send technician to check heaters and they find out technical fault in heater and it will take 2-3 days to get it repaired. Therefore, I have asked to change my room, however they have denied as the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, I had to spent whole night in that room without heater wearing socks and drinking hot coffee. I had to catch a flight next day so I had no time to complain.
I would like you to address my complain with apology letter. Also, provide refund of my money and provide free stay.
