Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with regard to a complaint about an equipment that was purchased from your company last week. The product was a keyboard and a mouse, which was a dell brand and the total cost was $1500.
Some keys on the keyboard are not working and I think there would be a malfunction in the equipment. I work as a type writer in a company and I have daily targets to finish every day. This problem has not allowed me to finish my work on time and I have huge size of work pending in my office. The mouse also has some problems with the buttons, which has made my work paralyzed.
I would be grateful if the company can issue me new materials in a couple of days, which would help me to finish my work by the end of the week. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter at the earliest and do the need as soon as possible.
