Dear Sir,
I am writing to register a complaint for an imperfect facility provided during my stay at your hotel. I booked a room for one night through online portal as, I was on quick visit to one of my business's meeting in your city. While checked in to the room during last evening, I observed that, air condition was not working and the weather was too hot.
I immediately informed the reception for change of room or any other solution. Technician visited and did some modifications but the problem persist. I was out of choice as I already paid in advance and it was too late to look for alternate hotel. I could not managed to sleep well throughout the night. Somehow, open windows helped me to take rest but, the noises from the vehicles were quite irritating.
I would like to advise you to kindly resolve the air condition system, so guests like me do not not suffer.
