Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to you, regarding my company’s recent meeting was held in your hotel and I got some feedbacks from my colleagues. Let me give some details about the booking first, I reserved your hotel for our organization’s annual meeting with client on last Friday that is March 20th with 25 attendees including myself, timings from Morning 9 Am to Evening 8 PM and the package includes Lunch. My co-workers are truly loved your ambience and the projector screen and setup which is planned in the board room and definitely the hospitality from the crew.
Most of the employees have commonly mentioned in the feedback form is Lunch which is provided by the restaurant. Like to inform few of the points with you, mainly they are disappointed with the menu’s which is very limited and another issue is spice level in the main course and starters. They could not able to tolerate these and not able to enjoy the lunch time during that time and our team informed about the same to the team who involved in the cooking on the that day.
The reason for this letter is, In future as manager, you should taste the food before it will consumed by the customers and I am expecting generous refund on the food cost alone which I paid already for this reservation.
Kindly consider this and provide refund and proper arrangements in future to avoid this.
