Dear Sir, I am penning down this epistle to express my concern about the lost item dated on 1st of June, 2020. During the journey from Ahmedabad to Lonavala by bus, my mobile was lost. It was of Samsung brand; model A7(2018). If I describe the in-depth features then it has 64 GB phone memory, in clarity it has 13 mega pixel front and 13 mega pixel rear camera resolutions. The most important thing, it has a wallpaper of dark green colour plant based on natural beauty and the back cover is basic plastic transparent cover. In the midway, approx. 280 kms away from Ahmedabad. My friends and I were sitting in bus on seat numbered: 13B (window seat) from that place I lost my phone. I do not know the exact time but maybe it was approx. 2: 00PM because, we were starving for food and we decided to take a hold for lunch. While making payment for it, I had started searching for my phone but I did not find it anywhere around. It is my humble request to help me out from this critical situation because it was gifted by my grandfather when he was on his death bed. A lots of feelings are indulged hence I could not afford to waive it. I do not want any reimbursement but kindly help me out to find out my phone with your resources.
