Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to inform you that last week our company scheduled a party at your hotel. The party was very interesting especially the different delicacies of food being offered. Every worker of our company enjoyed the party but there are some problems about the parking that I want to bring to your notice. For decades, your hotel is always known for its delicious food and hospitality; our company employees really enjoyed the food served. Your staff gave a warm welcome to each and every employee of the company the moment they enter the hotel premises. The live orchestra was the added advantage and choice of soothing music was heart melting. I am concerned about car parking issues at hotel. My company people mentioned, the reason of hassle was there were very few hotel staff members helping with parking of vehicles. I believe if you would solve this problem, everything would be perfect.
