I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with an acutely nuisance that your agency put in.
First of all, let me introduce myself. Iam Emma Bell who is a regular client of your travel agency.
Together with friends, we reserved three travel vauchers exactly a month ago in case the seats are run out. Although you recommended us luxury hotel with individual rooms, you apprised that we would eventually be given a family room with an en-suite bathroom. It made us extremely furious.
The primary problem is your irresponsibility for your devolved work. Despite of the fact that we had already paid in full payment in terms of an individual room, a private-ensuite bathroom, Tv and wi-fi, your agency did not take any further precautionary measures in advance.
For these reasons, I must urge you to refund money that we gave payment to the individual grandeur room. And I feel we are also entitled to some compensation for the inconvenience we have suffered.
