Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you regard the current condition of reconstructed road in front of my house. My name is David Zane and I am a principle in the local college. My home is located on 33 Avenue, King Faisel road, Post Code 341. Actually, the road which was reconstructed few months prior is in bad condition. The road is totally damage and as this road is linked with the highway therefore, people face trouble while travelling from this road. Moreover, during the rainy days the potholes are filled with the water which could be the cause of any major accidents. There is no any alternative way to commute and due to slow speed of the vehicles there is not only day to night traffic problem but also pressure horn really disturb the residents. This road is unsafe and there are more chances of increasing the number of accidents if it will not be maintained soon. I would lie to suggest to fix this road problem with the trustable contractor. If possible divert the traffic to alternative roadway and reconstruct the whole road rather than patch the potholes. It is also advisable that the asphalt material must be tested in the laboratory before using it. I hope you would take appropriate action at your earliest in this regard. Yours sincerely, David Zane
