Dear Sir, I am writing with regard to the issues that public are going to face due to the construction of new airport in my location. Today, I read about the plans of airport in Times New Magazine newspaper. Because of that, we local people discussed about the issue and decided to send our concerns and the alternative solutions to the local authority. As my place “Meenambakkam” is centre to all of the places in Chennai. It is a wise choice to build the airport for easy access of all citizens. However, as mentioned in newspaper that is going to take more than a year. In that mean time, public are going to face a huge and hectic traffic during office hours as the construction workers will block the full area to do their job. We suggested that authority should take care of these issues by providing alternate shortest route besides the airport. Perhaps, our solution will resolve the major issue without interrupting other’s daily activities. I believe this matter deserves your immediate attention. I look forward to hearing from you.
