I am writing this letter in the hope that you will solve the problem I am facing. About 2 weeks back, I bought a camera from the shop that has your membership. However, when I reached my destination I realized that some of the items which were promised to me at the time of purchasing were not handed to me.
I bought Nikon ASR45 camera from the shop in the main market. The Camera is latest model with new technology. I was impressed with picture quality as it offered High Definition image. The shopkeeper told me that the company is offering extra items with it which will be under the same prize. So, I decided to buy the camera. He packed the camera really well as I was traveling abroad so that it will not broke.
It happens on the location when I opened the package and realized that the extra items such as prime lens was not there. I informed the agent and he suggested me to contact you.
I would appreciate if company provides me with the items as promised. I could not capture my holiday because of the mistake of the shopkeeper. I want you take the necessary steps.
