Dear Sir or MadamI am writing to complain about the iron which I recently bought from your shop. After five days later things started to go wrong. On August 8 I went one of your shops in order to buy an iron. As I was looking around the shop, I encountered the item that I expected. I asked shop assistant all information about the iron. Then I decided to purchase it. At first the iron worked properly but five days later, ironing my trousers, the iron was not able to steam at once. Wondering what to do. After that I tried to push the steam down but it did not steam at all. To make matters worse, the iron heated itself too hot to iron.
