you organized a party for your company at a hotel

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing with regard to the goodbye party of our old colleague that my company held at your hotel last weekend. The event was great and it was for goodbye party of our old colleague. There were twenty-five members were invited. I am pleased to say that everything went according to plan and it was a memorable event. We were particularly impressed by the hotel personal, including waiters and member of the events team. The most important thing was the way that they were welcoming and friendly and at the end they gave us a gift that surprised us a lot. Perhaps I could make one or two suggestions for future events. First, if some fresh bouquet of flower is placed on the table, it feels good and shows you pay attention to detail. Second, if you have live music the environment will be much more pleasant.
