Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express the dissatisfaction that I had when ordering a checkbook from your bank 2 weeks ago.
I ordered a checkbook using your bank's internet banking application, which stated that the checkbook will be issued within the next 3 - 5 business days after which it can be delivered through a courier.
However, I have waited for almost 2 weeks now and I have not received anything from the bank despite the fact that I have submitted an official complaint through the bank's contact center. Moreover, I am wondering for how long will I have to wait before receiving my checkbook.
In addition to that, I want to know what kind of operational procedure will be taken in order to face such situations as I think this might significantly lower the bank's credit rating if it usually happens with other customers.
I hope this matter will be solved shortly as I have been the bank's customer for the last 3 years.
