Dear sir, I am John Smith, a client of your airline industry for the flight number A2130 from Brampton to United Kingdom. The purpose of writing this letter to give information about the flight which I have missed it. The situation was such that the prior reason is the long waiting queue in the checking luggage area. In addition to this, when my number came, the officer were not there and took my 15 minutes. Finally, when I cleared all the stages the Visa immigration department took time. I have booked the flight on the last moment and therefore, I have paid extra amount. Due to not attending my whole ticket fair went worthless. Furthermore, I need to attend the international conference which is going to held after 3 days since it is difficult for me now to reach there. I must say you must take care of your department and this careless attitude will ruin the journey of any client. Please give me refund or arrange a different flight for me as the conference is very important to me. Looking for a positive co-ordination. Yours truly, John Smith.
