Dear Khaled, I hope this letter will find you well. As I had confirmed you before you left for holiday trip, I took care of your house all seven days starting from you departure date. I couldn’t stay in your house on your arrival day for my personal affair. I was in hurry while I was moping the floor on the last day of my stay. I heard a sound of calling bell and was rushing toward the door. I unconsciously left the mop-stick on the glass of the window and the glass got broken by the hit of the heavy metal mop-stick. I am ashamed to have committed such silly thing and worried about your loss. I am so sorry for the mishap, please pardon me.
