Dear Sir or Madam, This letter is to request an enquiry about the voluntary position at the museum. It is a summary about why I am interested in this voluntary work and how my skills can contribute to the museum. To be frank, I am having a lot of recreational time since it has been a summer break after my final exam. Although I could waste my time partying, I became interested in volunteering for the museum after I heard from my friend Jim about his volunteering experiences there. He mentioned to me that as art majored students, the museum is a perfect place to learn about the historical ancient arts. A lot of visitors are mostly painters and those who have enormous interests in arts, therefore, it is definitely priceless place for us to have discussions with them occasionally. As an arts majored student, I think I will be familiar in most of the arts in the museum and will probably be a natural in explaining historical facts to the wonderers.
